What is the capacity of the rental hall?
Our hall can accommodate up to 185 guests seated
What are your rental rates?
Banquet rental is $1,400
What are your hours of operation, and are additional hours available?
Our rental hall is available for events from 5pm to 12am. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $100 per hour
What is included in the rental fee?
The rental fee includes use of our kitchen as a staging area(no cooking allowed), full bar, ice machine, refrigerator, tables and chairs

How do I reserve the hall?
To book the hall, please fill out the booking form on our website or call us at (727) 481-2407. We’re happy to assist with any questions or special requests!
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no refunds
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a $250 refundable security deposit. Refunded within 10 days after event as long as there is no damage to the rental property and is broom clean
Setup and Amenities
Do you provide setup and cleanup services?
Yes, we offer setup and cleanup services for an additional fee, or you may handle them yourself
Is there a kitchen available for use?
We offer use of our kitchen as a staging area, no cooking allowed

Do you allow outside catering?
Is alcohol allowed at events?
Yes, alcohol is permitted, but you must comply with our alcohol policy
Can I tour the hall before booking?
Absolutely! Tours are available by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit
